Many Summit attendees have a long history in workplaces centered around green building. Whether they've started their own practices, or are employed by someone who has, sustainability is a core value. But what about those business owners who are new to sustainability, looking to expand their practice into the green building sector?  Or, employees looking to make an impact within an existing organization? This interactive session will explore how to develop and/or expand a sustainable business model. Presenters Carrie Anderson, Tom Balderston and Alexandra Steele will share tools developed over years of experience in the green building realm. Participants will be invited to engage in brainstorming devices uniquely applicable to their own organizations and business models. Those who already have such procedures in place in their business will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and wisdom with the group and maybe gain a new tactic as well.
